How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours or before the shipment is booked. Please contact us immediately at our support email if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is placed.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Check our shipping policy for the latest details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email / SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. For oversized tees, we recommend going with your regular size for a relaxed fit, or sizing down if you prefer a closer fit.

Do your products run true to size?

Our oversized tees are designed with a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit. Regular tees follow standard Indian sizing. Always check the size chart on the product page for the best fit.

What fabric do you use?

We use premium quality cotton fabric — 240–250 GSM for oversized tees and 180 GSM for regular tees — ensuring comfort, durability, and vibrant print quality.

How should I wash my 3D TRIBE tee?

Machine wash cold (30°C or below), inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Iron on reverse side only to protect the print.

Do you offer customisation or bulk orders?
