At 3D TRIBE, we are committed to delivering your unique apparel and custom prints as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping procedures below to understand how your order will be handled.
1. Order Processing Time
Since many of our products are printed on demand or customized to your preference, we require time to prepare your order before it ships.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High Volume: During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We are proud to ship globally from our headquarters in Bengaluru, India.

Domestic: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

International: We ship to most countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and countries across Europe and Asia.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, the following estimated delivery times apply:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

5. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, 3D TRIBE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
3D TRIBE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied.

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [info@3dtribe.in] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office. If it is still missing, contact us for support.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
